I found the staff to be so helpful and friendly. the location was really handy, and we were close to many things. the room was clean, and everything worked just as it should.
the stairs were a little narrow, and there wasn't a lift.

the hotel offered a simple breakfast. it included fresh pastries, juice and coffee, that was available each morning in the small dining area. tables were clean and quickly cleared after use.

Our family room had a double bed and two twin beds. This worked well for us. fresh towels and basic toiletries were supplied daily, which we appreciated. the room included a small television and tea and coffee making facilities.

the location was acceptable, near transport links.
The room was on the fourth floor. there was no lift. This meant i had to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. the room itself was quite small. the air conditioning emitted an unpleasant odor when activated.

the staff were friendly at all times. i was allowed to choose my own room, a nice touch. the location is only five minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate, very convenient.
the room was small. there were no wardrobes, and only one small drawer available, inconvenient for storage.
